Re-watched TFA for the first time since seeing it in theaters. I think I liked it more at home on blu-ray than I did in 3D. Looking forward to this movie a lot.

I want to go next year so bad. I'm thinking of skipping Coachella (which I always go to) for it. It's going to be a huge year next year with Episode 8. If I can convince anyone to go with me, I'll definitely be there.

 

If it ever comes to Texas I'll be there for sure.

 

I'm actually more excited for this than I am Dr. Strange, which is weird because as much as love Star Wars I love Marvel more. It's probably because the Strange trailers honestly look super lame.

The reel is pretty sweet, I'm not sure why they showed it twice though. We're supposed to get a trailer at the end right?

 

They showed the same reel three times. What the hell?

I'm guessing everyone at the actual show saw the trailer.

Dang, apparently George Lucas visited set when they were shooting Rogue One.

 

That seems to be the case, but I also hear it was a very short teasery trailer with a glimpse of a vader shadow at the end; not really a full trailer.

Rogue One poster is awful.

 

I wouldn't even consider it a trailer. But the sizzler reel was fantastic. These aliens look like the best thing we've ever seen in star wars, and that's saying something.

 

Why?

 

I love the poster.

 

The battle shot is unnecessary and messy. Action shots in poster form are hardly ever good.

I like the Juxtaposition between the Death Star and the tropical setting, but the DS is way too close. Proportions are off.

 

I really like the poster. Don't think the proportions look off at all.

 

No footprints in the sand bothers me more than it should.

The troopers in the water are the same size or larger than some of the people on the beach, who are obviously closer to us in the picture. Motherfuckers are gigantic!

Lasers being fired too. Just remove everything relating to the battle and it's so much better.
