Idk what this means and I will be sad if this band is dead but these songs fucking rule regardless so I guess there’s that

 

Oh, this second song is really great too.

I'll be devastated if CEG is dead, even if this new project is just as good (and honestly, it seems like it will be). I can't believe I turned down both chances I had to see them. Each time I told myself, "well, they'll be back."

Their website has two shows listed for this weekend and Spotify embeds of CEG’s discog, for whatever reason

 

Do we know who's in Empty Country yet? This feels like a rebranding of the band, like Sioux Falls -> Strange Ranger
