Unfortunately Oscar blues struggles in Michigan — we are in the bottom three of sales for states they distribute to — so we don’t get much. My buddy has been a brewer there since May so maybe I’ll have him send me some of them. He said it’s such a cluster fuck of a company he’s already gone to HR three times about coworkers.

I asked this question in here a while ago and no one answered. Let me preface this saying I'm not defending Trump in any way shape or form but I've been struggling with the obsession with his taxes. The IRS has seen his tax returns right? Wouldn't they have already found criminal activity in his tax returns if it was there? I don't pretend to know how all that works and I know he has used the "audit excuse". I'm just afraid if/when the taxes do come out there isn't going to be anything there and it will be more ammo for his "witch hunt" claims.

Edit: Found this article that helped me understand a little more about this:

I’ve seen Trump’s tax returns and you still haven’t

  9. The single biggest reason I think Biden's going to win at this point is that Dem voters are terrified and just want someone to beat Trump and they think he's the one that can do it. They care about that more than anything else.

  10. You could learn the sources of his income (which could include legal sources of income, but if in 2015 he started owing a lot of money or making a lot of it in specific regions of the world, that may raise eyebrows), and what tax avoidance structures he's used. Just showing he hasn't paid taxes, while claiming to be a billionaire, for example, would be worth another round in the press. We'd also learn about charitable givings and profitability of his businesses. Have they gained or lost value as POTUS?

I can kinda see where the "more electable" argument comes from --

Polls have Biden beating Trump by decent margins in Texas and Ohio.

Those polls hold up and see similar numbers elsewhere, and Trump will struggle to get higher than triple digits in the electoral college.

But I think that line of thinking both undervalues candidates ability to win the american people over as they become more of a household name, and also under estimates how those BIden numbers are gonna regress as he gets into an actual debate and there isn't anyone actually excited about him, just excited about stopping Trump

Yeah I struggle to see how Biden isn't just gonna be Hillary all over again. Leading in the polls all the way but ultimately failing to get the job done.

Thank you guys for shedding light on the tax return stuff. I think I got too hung up on thinking there would be a smoking gun or some big revelation if they were able to "follow the money." It would be kinda funny albeit in a sad way if it's just Trump not wanting the general public to know how big of a business failure he actually is.

Again, Hillary was showing weakness in the polls in certain states as early as the spring time of 2016 IIRC

He has a penis and also people are more worried about stopping Trump whereas when Hillary ran some people didn't think it was possible so didn't care

I think he can get the job done. I just thing most of the other candidates will be able get them job done too. And running Joe because we're scared sets us up for more failures in 2024 (heck in 2022) and beyond.

  21. That’s not early. That’s like a year from now to 2020 comparatively. This is not a good argument for Biden.
