I do. They're for a very specific purpose; at least the one I have is. Web browsing and work, not running programs like Photoshop/games/etc.

 

I only need it for web browsing and streaming, it performs well?

 

I've messed around with them for work. They're a cheap option if all you want to do is browse the web and like maybe write stuff in Google docs. You may as well go windows/mac if you plan to spend more than a couple hundred though.

Watching streams or you streaming games or something? Cause it's fine for streaming youtube, twitch, netflix, whatever, I use it for that all of the time.

 

I have a macbook now and take absolutely no advantage of it. I just flat out don't need what it offers haha. It's a 2014 so i'm weighing my options and spending over 1000 bucks again does not make sense to me.

 

Yeah just watching streams. Okay cool, I just won a target gift card for a contest at work and am thinking of what to do with it, although its Caits bday on Saturday and I should prob get her a bunch of cool stuff lol.

Cait's mom had their home videos transferred to DVD and gave them to her last night so we watched some. The videos are from the late 90s when her parents were still together (they splits in 2002). Cait's dad became a bad alcoholic and wasnt much of a father to her when she was a teenager and he died her frosh year at college. These videos we watched had her father being very loving and good to her and it really blew her away, it was very cool to witness.

I know! It was so cool, we are gonna go to her moms tonight and watch some with her too, Cait guarenteed me she will cry haha.

I just asked my mom today if we had home videos anywhere, I was worried she accidentally lost them in her last big move but she said she just came across them in my grandmas storage unit and we are gonna transfer them to dvd soon! Maybe flash drive but it costs more. I just wanna see some videos of my dad its really weird to have not heard his voice what so ever in over 4 years.
