Is "red-pilling" recognized as a mental illness?

 

Not my president. What a complete and utter embarrassment.

 

The high school I graduated from 10 years ago is raffling guns and accessories for a football fundraiser. A high school. Insane.

 

Honestly, this video is refreshing and refreshingly human. This should be the level of response every single person in this country is at. It sickens me that I am not at that same level after something like this happens. I have come to absolutely loathe and hate the phrase "thoughts and prayers" which honestly should be a pretty nice sentiment that someone is expressing but I want to punch every single politician in the face every time this phrase just diarrheas out of their mouth after something like this but they take no action whatsoever.

I understand why candidates for president don't just run around dropping F-bombs on TV all day but this is honestly the only appropriate response to things like the gun situation in our country, the president's racism and white nationalist rhetoric, how we are treating people trying to come to our country, and honestly just far too many things that are currently going on and have become commonplace and accepted.

I don't even like Beto that much but that video elicited nothing but respect from me. I hope he can harness these emotions and come to his senses and realize the best thing he could do for our country would be to drop out of the presidential race and rub where the country and the state of Texas need him. He's young, he could always run for president down the road if he wanted.

 

This is all so bad. I'm scared for 2020. I am not optimistic. I want to be but I'm not.

Also, I know Beto is the young sexy candidate but I definitely meant to type that I hope he "runs" where the country needs him earlier.

 

I'm watching Tim Ryan on CNN right now. Where has this version of him been during the presidential campaign? He's been great today.
