Baseball-Reference doesn’t like his defense. Defensive metrics are an area I’m weak on, especially with knowing why the two sites disagree

 

Well Fangraphs has him with 2 defensive runs saved and a Zone Rating of 7 (7 runs saved above the average RF) so he's been pretty good. Much better than last year when he had -26 defensive runs saved and a -14 zone rating
