I love this damn band

 

Dig the song. The echo-y vocal effect is interesting. Hopefully this is the most traditionally Menzingers-sounding song on the record and they switch it up a bit on the rest. But it's definitely good.

 

Greg sounds so good here

 

This songs phenomenal

 

Whenever bands reference Philadelphia I get extra hyped.

 

I feel like lyrically, this is the sequel to Casey.

Sounds like a mix of ATP song structure and lyrics and OTIP vocal delivery style. I’m here for it

Song is exactly what I want from this band. Love it. Can’t wait for the the record!

 

Everything they make sounds/feels so nostalgic if that makes sense.

 

Halfway through the new song and logged straight on to say it's great and The Menzingers are almost guaranteed to be my band of the 2010s. Who else can match their output this decade? Only band I can think of is The Wonder Years but if this new Menzingers is another classic that will give them the edge for sure.

Slightly worried about America (You're Freaking Me Out) song title. Has potential to be amazing but given the utter atrocity of what is going on in the US, wondering if they can punch hard enough against it. Makes me think of the bad Frank Turner song 'Make America Great Again'

 

just got an alert for a new tour date in manchester uk for february 2020 which is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too far away :(

 

I trust this band way too much to NOT do what Frank Turner did.

 

Menzos political songs (at least since OTIP. I don’t really listen to them before that record) have always been good.

 

Fuck. Dated a girl named Ana and we were both into the Menzingers. That and some of the song titles already tell me this is gonna tear me apart.
