Bonus Trout fact: his first Bowman Chrome autograph was 120 in that guide. Last one sold was 7 grand. Uggghhh haha

I do love the regular design of that set. I went through a box of cards I stored away to see if I had any LeMahieu rookies since he was in that set. I found 2 and a Jose Altuve rookie that I somehow overlooked so those were good finds

 

The base is really nice. And I love some of the parallels like the red and black as well as the hope diamond. I've been thinking that in the future at some point to celebrate a big life occasion, I'll shell out for a base 2011 update Trout

The black is def nice. I have Mookie's black Update rookie so I hope he puts together a few more 9 or 10 WAR seasons at some point here haha.

If anything is a safe bet to drop money on it sure seems like Trout.

Ive watched some games where he had bad luck and the hits were cheap hits. But I’ve seen a lot more where he just can’t get dudes out. He’ll get up 0-2 or 1-2 and end up walking the dude. You gotta finish them off.
