Stretchy Mac and Cheese

I like to use cavatappi. Also, half muenster and half cheddar/colby/gouda/etc. Muenster is key, as is the technique.

 

flaming hot nacho doritos is #1. they aint wrong. puff cheetos are too high up. crunchy all the way.

 

Hot cheeto puffs are top tier for me. Haven't tried a few of those on there. No Asteroids?

 

Wow I can’t believe spicy munchies ranked so low. It’s one of my favorite spicy snacks.

 

Andy Capp's Hot Fries are toooooo lowwwwww! It might just be because they are pure nostalgia for me, but those are my favorite.

 

I don’t see Doritos Spicy Sweet Chili so I don’t acknowledge those rankings.

Did a really good fish fry last night.

I marinated some perch in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and parsley, and then I breaded and fried it in oil along with some Cajun seasoned zucchini & squash.

The best part was I made my own tartar sauce. It was a cucumber, lime, and Serrano pepper tartar sauce. Came out GREAT.

 

I call this secret recipe "screw it it's too hot to cook"

threw together a thai inspired chicken soup tonight. came out very tasty. not pretty.

no lol i don't even have a smoker. I'm making that style bbq sauce to go with the pork and cheating with my cooking method.

 

Does anyone have a good no-churn ice cream recipe they like? I’m going to a meat party (literally just eating various meats all day) and I wanna do an ice cream cookie sandwich with maple ice cream and roll them in candied bacon.

 

Haha I figured as much. Vinegar sauce with pulled pork is so good

 

I bought a pound of smoked bacon and I'm gonna render most of that and then sear my pork butt in that fat and braise it in there too, maybe with some beer. I hope to impart some of the smokiness. I'll probably pulse the very crisp bacon in a food processor until it's a very fine crumb and then mix it all together. It worked decently enough last time haha. It's not authentic or genuine, but it should taste very, very good.
