The Naked Bouncer story is pretty funny haha

 

It was framed really weird, with a link to the VIP packages. Almost seemed less like an AMA and more like "buy VIP and let's talk about stuff"

I have a feeling that after this tour, their next one will hit smaller arenas/amps/halls and market it as an "intimate tour" so they can at least sell out the dates.

 

Show in CT on Saturday looks like it's selling pretty well now. Probably will end up getting over 10k there when you include the pit and the lawn.

 

I don’t think I’ve ever seen blossom so empty. Even when this same band has played there before.

 

The whole thing about this tour has been weird. From the announcement of "hey here's the new tour and it starts in a month" to the hype video with blink and Lil Wayne that for whatever reason people were confused thinking they would be sharing the stage instead of having separate sets to the ticket prices. I also think the next tour they go back to having supporting acts like ATL and ADTR.

It will be interesting to see how the sell in their tour overseas.

I also think not having anything to actually promote, like a new album to get the hype going hurt too.

Altought looking at the first show I'm not sure if it's good or not. What is "good enough" for a venue that size?

I’ll be at the show on Saturday, interested to see what the venue will look like since the only other times I saw blink in CT they drew over 20,000 (29,000 in 2009 and with the neighborhoods tour)
