My Lakers still missing the playoffs prediction is seeming more and more like a lock

  2. It’ll take an injury to one of the top two and that would suck.

Oh absolutely, but if Jimmy does wanna go to Houston than they probably would have to do it. I don't know, either way I don't see it benefiting the Sixers if they were to get rid of him.

Let's see how good Elton Brand is at this job. It should take a haul from Houston, including re-routing Capela to make this happen. Or just sign someone better than Butler. Easier said than done, obviously.

0-6 years experience is ~25m. anything over 20m is too much imo. id let him walk for that and keep the flexibility to bring someone in on a trade package.

If you're talking about Butler, five years for $189.66 million. ($32.7/$35.3/$37.9/$40.5/$43.2 is the breakdown.)

However, if it's a sign-and-trade, that number dwindles to four years for $140.6 million ($32.7/$34.3/$36.0/$37.6 is the breakdown.)

This is also pretty interesting regarding a possible deal between Houston/Philadelphia.

If the projections hold, $27.25 million this year, stretching to $158.05 million over five years with the Bucks or $117.175 with anyone else over four years.

    That’s too much for Brogdon

Curious to see what he ends up with. Can’t wait for Sunday!

The Rockets deleted their Harden MVP stats tweet. Should have never been tweeted. Then should have been deleted instantly...instead it remained up for like 12 to 15 hours.

My thoughts exactly. I also don't think Houston will be able to get the most out of Jimmy's skills. He's not the best playing off the ball, and he'll have to do a lot of that with the Rockets. Not to mention that giving him a max deal when they're already on the hook for Paul's contract seems like a recipe for disaster.

Commissioner. If he doesn't deserve to run basketball, no one does. But whatever, he'll go to Portland or something and it'll be a treat like always.
