I wonder if blink will play smaller venues next time they tour. A lot of these venues won’t want to book them again

 

I bet we see pop disaster tour part 2 or something similar after the rap/rock crossover didn't work. A co-headliner with someone like Green Day or Weezer with a big(ish) scene band opening like NFG, or TBS. But what do I know?

I think it's entirely appropriate to judge ARTV Jon or whatever his name is for tweeting out support for that band. He needs to shut the fuck up. He's defending a sexual predator and attempting to discredit a victim. That's disgusting. Fuck him.

 

I guess we’ll see. These are the same venues that they drew well in 2016 for the California tour.

Yeah that dude is scum and that isn’t a controversial thing to say. If you need to listen to BN’s music on your own time, in private, because it helps you get through the day in some way or whatever, then that’s your own decision, but this right here:

is inexcusable. Using your platform to stan abusers, or even just being a nobody and stanning abusers, is disgusting and I judge any- and everyone who does so harshly. They’ve earned it.

I know it's not as good for the band, but I'd much rather they play slightly smaller (indoor) venues. I hate amphitheater shows.

Maybe I'm weird, but idk if there's anything I've cared less about than how a tour is selling for a band whose members are already as famous and rich as they can be. Seems like you may just wind up with a better seat?

If someone chooses to still listen to them in private, that’s their prerogative whatever. But openly fanboying the band despite? That’s an odd choice

Does no one else remember the "show me your ass again" stuff from a few years ago? Long before the latest one that finally got them into hot water. I remember it from the AP.net days. Or did I just completely dream up that whole thing?

EDIT: I didn't dream it up! It was back in 2011. EIGHT YEARS AGO! But it took the allegations from only two years ago for people to finally bail on the band. But it also looks like the stuff from 2011 was smudged off the internet almost entirely. I googled it and only 3 things came up so maybe that's why people forgot/don't know about that one.
