This is the MA date I'll be going to. I'm sure in the 2 weeks it's going to fill up, but the $100 per ticket in the farther back seated sections is just very steep.

 

I just want to say you have great brows.

 

It’s wild that both Blink and Lil Wayne, two of the biggest and most popular artists in the past 20 years, can’t sell tickets

 

Are those two GA sections in the back seated or just open standing room?

I'm not totally positive if it is standing or sitting. I've only been to this venue 2 or 3 times (all for blink) but have been in the middle sections so I didn't even notice those to be honest lol. It doesn't specifically say if it's standing or sitting when you click on that section either.

 

Interesting. I don’t think I have ever seen an amphitheater with sections like that.

 

Who's to blame in this kind of situation? Lil Wayne's/Blink's management?

 

According to Mark on twitter it's all the promoter's fault, lol.

 

As far as ticket prices?

 

Ticket prices, not altering them as dates have gotten closer (aside from those random $20 groupons or whatever for lawn seats) to try to fill some seats, not deciding to change locations, etc.

Honestly I have no idea, it's a little too inside baseball for me. @Jason Tate would probably have better knowledge of stuff like this but if I were to guess it is probably the promoter that sets the prices and is the one to decide (possibly along with the venues) if/when to drop the ticket prices. Maybe the bands/artists have some say in the initial pricing but I can't imagine they're checking the venue sales and being the ones making these behind the scene decisions. Again I could be completely wrong here.

 

I agree that the artists probably have no say in any of this whatsoever. They just show up and play.

 

Idk I blame the @aliens exist reviews for ruining the hype.

 

Do you know if blink has any voice on who's gonna tour with them? (Lil Wayne, in this case)
