I’m a fan of waiting to implement. As much as it’d be nice to have in some cases, I’d rather learn from the mistakes of others and then implement it correctly.

Embarrassing that from England. Some of those players are some of the most highly rated players in world football. Absolutely no excuses, just shocking management and team selection.

 

Why was that Boothroyd guy anywhere near the manager role?! His last job in club football was when he was bottom of the entire football league with Northampton Town lmao, makes total sense to give him one of the most important roles in the development of our young players!

 

Boothroyd is a fucking dinosaur as well. How he can't string together a side with the youngsters we have. This is like when they gave the job to Erickson. Golden generation fucked (albeit that this time the players are younger and can come back from it).

 

Maybe we should get one of the coaches that won the u17 or u20 world cup to take over the U21s.

 

This Norway v Australia WWC game has been fun. Currently 2nd half of extra time, cheering on Norway after Kerr's whinging has put me off Australia.
