Biden not participating in the NYT's thing is yet another indicator in a long list of why he is a bad candidate. Doesn't seem like he wants his policy positions to be compared on equal footing with the other candidates. Wants to make sure its in a debate where he knows he can get more focus and attention than the others.

Also NYT hiding this stuff behind their paywall is kinda bullshit. Yeah you can use private browser windows to get around it but doing that its a pain.

 

I need Biden on stage next to Warren, Sanders, and Harris just so EVERY ONE can see he is NOT Obama and is NOT a good candidate.

He's obviously not Bobby Newport and Elizabeth Warren is not Leslie Knope, but I feel the same.

This wouldn't explain all of Warren's support by any means, but I do wonder how many previous Clinton supporters have gravitated towards Warren this time around either because they really want to vote for a woman again and/or they're mad at Bernie from 2016

 

I know of at least one "clintonbot" person who i've seen retweet a bunch of anti-Bernie, pro-Warren stuff, and has commented on some of my Warren centered posts.

I definitely think that's a strong contingent for her.

Quite a few other candidates seem like more obvious stand-ins for previous Clinton voters if they wanted just to vote for more centrist woman Dem candidate.

I think Warren is legitimately inspiring to a lot of people and they like her policies, personality, and plans for the country. The more they hear from her, the more they like her -- which is one reason why she's doing well in recent polls after being out there talking to people for the past few months.
