I'm actually super stoked for FFVII remake. Looks insanely good and totally lines up with how I want that game to look.

 

Honestly those Avengers cutscenes look like they're from a free to play mobile game. It looks bad. I wish we'd see some proper gameplay though, because it could be fun.

 

I'm not the world's biggest FF fan but give me the FFVII remake now

 

How bad the Avengers game looks is kinda pathetic given how huge of a company Square is

 

that studio has made two of the best games to me, and it's puzzling that after so much ado this is the trailer they put out.
I am hoping they're still negotiating for the rights or something. That said how does Marvel not have the license to the likenesses of those actors in the first place?

I can very very very easily call FF my favorite franchise, it always will be. There's so much to the lore and such a wide span of games, I just don't see how many franchises can even compare to FF. I get if youre not an RPG fan, but if you are, FF is as good as it gets.

 

OOOFT. I feel like I’m a cynical twat here. I don’t like Avengers. Not a big fan of Sekiro. Never played a Final Fantasy. Don’t dig Nintendo stuff.

to be fair I have those phases too until some game comes along that reignites the spark.

 

No offense, but your list of things you don't like is so long that it's definitely not the games lol

 

I just prefer the series? The art style, the monsters, the combat...

Dragon Quest is also way more consistent(the main series anyway)

Persona 4 + 5 > any FF game

 

I hear ya, im obvi passionate about FF lol but DQ cant fucking touch the run FF had with 4-10, noooooo way.
