Considering the new Halo has been confirmed for the new Xbox for a while now, it’s not THAT surprising that they are waiting until it’s totally ready to show their flagship game’s gameplay. It was a fun conference, Keanu was a nice surprise. Ori was beautiful.

Final fantasy 7 remake is most def ps4 only for the time being only preorders up are for the ps4. I think they might do something like they did with rise of the tomb raider and make it ps4 only for a year then release it on Xbox

 

I’m watching Microsoft right now and all I have to say right at this point is that Cyberpunk does not not look like Technomancer.

Last night I converted 36 months of XBL and Games Pass to Ultimate until 2022 for $1.

 

I really don’t care for actual press conference format anymore I think, all the stage parts just kind of annoy me, but Microsoft did a good job regardless. I think they’re in a really good place now and very much ready for what the likely future of the industry will be like. I’m excited.

Also that ultimate upgrade for gold members is, uh, smart, because now I signed up

 

Finally watching the Devolver presentation while I'm eating lunch and yeah I'm convinced these guys are incapable of disappointing

 

I need to test out if I can use game pass in my brother’s pc because if so wow amazing deal plus cross play? Hell yeah

 

Look at all these things I bought that I will never play thanks to gamepass

 

Not playing any of those games would be a big mistakearoonie. An underrated-as-hell R&C game, the best Uncharted game, and the best PS4 exclusive are not games that deserve to be backlogged.

 

Kind of seems like most of the majors are putting more effort into next-gen games right now. Not a ton to be excited about so far at this E3. Some cool looking indies at least.

 

I just saw that Outer Worlds is launching 10/25, the day before my birthday, and I am now convinced Obsidian developed it just for me, personally.
