With that I meant is he’s one of the best rappers that debuted in the 00s and 2010s rather than the 80s or 90s. But of the top of my head, Ja Rule, Blackalicious, Eve and Eminem (unless you count Infinite) had good debut albums in 1999.

 

At first it just sounded kinda odd to say "the best of the last 19 years" but I later realized you were just referring to the best since 2000.
