I'll pose a question. Should or will blink ever be inducted into the rock n roll hall of fame? I mean, Green Day made it sooo

 

Did the label delay it, or do you know if it was just a matter of finishing it? I feel like Mark kept saying June and then it just disappeared. I don’t think they have the clout to drop a whole album unannounced so at this point probably August?

 

I think they will. They’re of a dying breed of bands that large in popularity.

 

i personally would say no because their peak was 1999-2003 and was three albums, to me that’s not enough

I think I have told this story before, but I was at a Blink show (when Tom was in the band) a while ago, and in the middle of the show, some girl turns to me and goes... oh my god are you Tom?? And I just stare at her and point at the stage. It was bizarre.

When I was at the very first show ever with Matt, I got a few looks from people as I was walking in. Could have been anything, but maybe they thought I was undercover Tom going to watch the show

 

I would go see a Creed/blink tour

 

California became a commercial success yes, but the majority of the fans didn't like it or even hated it. Have you guys not seen their facebook comments? I guess we'll have to accept that we all have different opinions after all. But to most fans, blink died when Tom left.

 

Lol Blink was dead for almost 10 years with Tom attached, and that’s even when he was actually there

Blink is definitely gonna get inducted, I just don't think it'll be in the first year of eligibility.
