Yersh. And I get to screen them early but I just don’t wanna be at work when I don’t have to haha. At my last theater job I got paid to screen movies so I’d watch everything but not here

 

Ugh now my bf is going to come see it with me tomorrow and I am going to feel awkward the whole time lmao

On a related note to corporate greed, I really struggle to understand how people get so invested in mundane jobs. Like I have a hard time finding motivation to do more than I have to, whereas the guy who started right after me skips lunch to make more cold calls and is already aiming for a supervisor position that doesn't exist yet, or to transition to another role. I just feel like my job is dull and unfulfilling, or maybe I'm lazy or defeatist or something idk

I also don't understand networking

Very true, I thought it was hilarious when I first saw it but then again every comedy of the aughts is generally either racist, sexist, homophobic or some combo of the three in the name of comedy.

Also I'm afriad of rewatching super bad knowing full well that's it's probably horseshit and not funny anymore. Back in like 8th grade that movie was the shit and everyone called me mclovin

 

I remember seeing Superbad in theaters and enjoying it, but never felt the desire to ever watch it again. So I remember like none of the movie.

Want to go see Booksmart in theaters to support it, but I don't like going out much and it's already online...
