Remember when the prospect of seeing an NXT guy on the main roster was exciting??

 

Judging from the pre show, I feel like they still wanna do a final Ciampa vs Gargano. Which probably means Johnny gets the belt back. But could really see them going either way.

 

Takeover was great and Adam Cole is the best in the world.

 

Holy hell that Gargano/Cole match was insane. I'm actually shocked that it took them this long to put the belt on Cole

 

There’s SO MANY credible champions in NXT that it makes it tough.

wow with all the other bullshit going on in the company I guess I didn't truly realize how worthless the women tag titles are now.

no wonder Sasha wants out.

 

Honestly not a big fan of this ladder match

Man I dislike every result at this Takeover. Why is Shayna still champion? I like her but it's been waaaaay too much at this stage.

It hurt Kairi, if Io doesnt go over at the next Takeover it hurts her too...and those are the people they should be building NXT around while Shayna moves up. Also, she's looked weaker ever since Duke/Shafir have gotten involved. The "interference" last night was the dumbest one they've done...and Id honestly believe you if you said it was just to make Candice look strong to eventually become champ.

 

i think io is taking it in a hardcore match or something

 

the new ride along is just a big ad for KFC lol

 

The thing that impresses me is they've still managed to make every NA and NXT title match a 1-on-1 affair. On main roster, we'd have seen so many Fatal Five-Way matches.

I dont think it'd hurt them to hot shot the title around a bit when they have so many good options and the matches make both guys look strong in the end. Johnny losing to Andrade and Cole in epic matches doesnt hurt him.

 

I’d be okay if they hot potatoed the title around then settled it in some sort of multi-man gimmick match next mania weekend.

 

Watching that new trips thing about his road to wrestlemania and that backstage nxt footage is just so great. I loved when Shawn yelled as the gargano match finish was happening, then trips jumps up and hugs him, fuckin marks.

 

Missed Takeover up until the second half of Breeze vs Dream, watching now.

 

I bought a clearly boosted brand new PS4 controller from a dude on offer up who had a pickup truck and went by the same Slade.....

 

Ladder match is awesome: KOR and the Forgotten Sons somehow didn't die.

And Montez Ford just took a German suplex to a ladder, so add him to the list
