i like songs this band has done, but my super stupid nitpick that has turned me off from them completely is the vocals are always mixed wayyyyyyy to high and it grates on me so so much

 

I’ve purposely avoided the singles, but everything I heard them play at the show back in April seemed like a natural progression from Greatest Hits

 

Anyone kinda get a Would It Kill You era HGB vibe from The Grind?

It's okay. A lot of the songs sound similar. It's very different from Greatest Hits.

People complaining about an emo band “not sounding like their first album” is basically the ultimate signifier of an album being good.

This album is a thousand times better than the first ‍♀️
