A magical delicious plant. I think it's one of those hate them or love them foods. I adore rhubarb and will eat or drink anything with rhubarb in the name. It's v sour/tart but like sweet and just heavenly. It must be ripe in the spring cause springtime everything is magical and rhubarb. Rhubarb pie, rhubarb whiskey, strawberry rhubarb ice cream I WANT IT ALL. Most ppl I know think it's gross and don't share my passion!!
