Listening to Better Light while driving with the windows down is rad.

 

Just got new hearing aids in 10 years today. This is the first album I listened to with them. This album is now enshrined in my memories

I feel you on this. I have about 50% hearing loss. Really hope someone can post up the lyric sheet soon!

I’m profoundly deaf, 92% loss in one ear, 96% in the other, so this is a huge change.

Do you have hearing aids?

 

I do. Signia Pure 7PX's. I like them because the Bose earbuds still fit in my ears while I'm wearing them. Still sometimes hard to hear certain lyrics/frequencies in the music though.

It Is Real is so good. Love the chorus.

No omnichord appearance this record. We used all the amps here. Changes every song. Each guitar is Bi-amped etc. I actually do a Mix Lab course about reamping guitars for URM academy. I actually even reamp the song It Is Real! So check that out.

 

Fuck no. I never use the Kemper on records. And absolutely Evertune guitars.

 

Like this album but I just can't get into this anywhere near as much as RFTS, WP and GR. It bums me out but I dunno. I'll keep listening and see.
