Yeah the Tom only songs are the only thing that keeps me from ranking that album higher than 4th for me. Outside of Untitled, Enthused and Dick Lips the rest of his songs are pretty rough.

To me Tom doesn’t hit his prime until TOYPAJ but goes on a hell of a streak with that, BCR and Untitled.

 

I like the Mark Tom and Travis Show versions of the Dude Ranch / Cheshire Cat songs better than the album versions

 

What time is Tom's show on tonight? 10?

If this was the tracklist, Dude Ranch would be borderline flawless.

The outright disrespect for Boring and Voyeur...

 

Oh, you noticed?! haha. Out of both of those songs, I'd maaaybe put in "Boring."

 

Hot take: while I think Untitled is their best album if I could only listen to one of their albums for the rest of my life I’d probably pick Enema. Maybe it’s because it was my first blink album but it just flows great and is a fun, easy and quick listen.

I actually think TOYPAJ would be my 2nd pick too for similar reasons.

 

I don't blame you. I also love Untitled the most, but it's definitely not a "fun" record (especially compared to the others). I think ever since California came out, I've found myself craving that fun and happy blink again so I usually return to Dude Ranch - TOYPAJ. Which is strange because before California, I pretty much ONLY found myself listening to Untitled when I went back.

 

All of this goes for me too.

 

I couldn't choose between Untitled and Dude Ranch if I had to, depends which blink I'm in the mood for. Dude Ranch wouldn't lose anything if it lost Voyeur and Degenerate. That would make it perfect, which I already consider Untitled to be.

The hype ended up being about Tom's new tv show on History Channel premiering today

 

Im actually really looking forward to Toms show. Dude was called a clown by 50% of blinks fan base and now look at him. He ditched the poop jokes and works with the Pentagon and various other groups. Following his dreams.

 

Ya, I'm pretty excited to check it out.

 

I'll check out the show to start anyways, if it's just guys telling stories and Tom still "can't really talk about it" it'll get boring fast. I mean I'm not rooting for it to be a waste of time

 

He still makes poop jokes.

 

I plan to watch and am happy is doing what he loves to do. I still think he’s slightly crazy though, but that’s here not there. Let’s not act like he hasn’t been at least a LITTLE in the last decade
