    Sleekest of beaks. So Good.

I try so hard to stay away from Top 40 I don't even know whats big. Whats hot there currently.

    California is a great song

Nothing that sounds like an actual band.

I think people fail to realize the context in which songs become popular. I don't think "she's out of her mind" would do well in radio, at least not as well as Bored to Death.

One of the best on the album.

I like the song quite a bit myself, but in no way shape or form would it perform well as a single (which someone else suggested).

    Absolutely it would.

I think Sober would do pretty well on the radio.

@Jason Tate thoughts? I believe you spoke for the alternative on this matter

Sober makes the most sense to me for Top 40. She's Out of Her Mind would make sense on Alt to me.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but when Fall Out Boy came back didn't they push two different songs, one to Alt Radio and one to Top 40? I feel like I remember that happening or at least it was said it was going to happen.

Is it Matt who sings...Day in day out in the beginning of Los Angeles?

Basically explains why I avoid it to begin with.

I like the song, but there are far better options for singles on the album, IMO. I personally love the "Goodbye Sky Harbor" references throughout the first two minutes though.

I could never see "She's Out of Her Mind" playing alongside "Ophelia" and "Dark Necessities" haha. That pre-chorus "she's a-a-a-antisocial" is almost tailor-made for Top 40!

Yes, I believe they did on the last album. Trying to recall other bands who've done similar campaigns. I'll remember one soon enough...

It really goes to show you how Top 40 is unpredictable. "Simple" seems to work more often than complicated. There's been a ton of pop-punk bands over the past 5 or so years that I thought would re-enter the spotlight with songs I thought were catchy enough to hit radio. Yellowcard's "Here I Am Alive" was one I thought would blow up. I hope blink maintains this newly sparked interest. We are the generation of nostalgia so if anyone has a shot at getting back to Top 40 from this scene, it's them.

I've had insane luck with this band over the past few months, Travis replied to my snapchat a while back and blink just liked my photo on Instagram. Love this band.
