I still hate that Makeshift Love is censored.

 

Hard to vote against Stray Dogs because I think it’s a top four song on the album, but Makeshift Love is damn good

There was an uncensored version out there at some point, but honestly I prefer the censored for some reason. It sounded too forced.

The beginning of each verse

 

Second verse where he says “I used to get so high, cause that was just the fucking old me.” They censor fucking with an iMessage notification sound.

 

Oh I didn’t even realize that part was being censored as well. It always just sounded to me (without really paying much attention) like he was badly mispronouncing the word lol

 

Oh man, I just heard it. You can totally hear he's saying fucking but the noise is definitely there. Even on my Japanese edition of the record. Now it's gonna bother me, thanks @bachna84 haha

Edit: Hey, The Outfield is not censored. They say fuck there as well. What. Why.
