Gonna venture a guess and say this is two fall tours coming together. A few dates have leaked for a Revocation/Voivod/Psycroptic/Conjurer/Skeletal Remains tour in Philly and Baltimore. So the other run is Municipal Waste/Napalm Death/Sick of It All/Take Offense methinks.

There are a few good ones coming up at Gas Monkey. My favorite venue(s). They consistently book metal, have discounts on tickets and the outdoor venue has some of the best atmosphere around.

Honestly I thought Sorceress was good, I've come to terms Opeth will not write another death metal epic and I'm fine with that. Still Life, My Arms Your Hearse, Blackwater Park all amazing albums that exist no matter what prog experimental stuff they wanna do ya know? Hopefully they incorporate some heaviness into this new album but either way I'm here for it.

Late pass that Traveler album is great, and I still need to check out the new Spirit Adrift. Loving all these new throwback bands(Visigoth, Spirit Adrift, Traveler etc.).

 

I think it would really cool if Spirit Adrift opened for Ghost.

I happen to see Lionel Richie (at a festival) a couple weeks ago and it was starting to rain and he slipped and busted ass pretty hard. He went on and on about how he was just bragging to his band about how he'd never fallen on stage before. He handled it very well and it actually added to his performance rather than detracting.

Maryland Deathfest was pretty fun this year.

 

I need new Alcest already. Shelter is one of the most beautiful records ever and I just want more. Bahhh.
