I'm not reading the tons of pages of (likely) drivel you guys posted but I just wanted to say cheers

 

Well I accidentally had two slices of regular pizza last night after about two weeks without it so it's definitely gluten Haha.

 

It's always avocado, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, diced jalapeños, FRESH cilantro, garlic, a tad of Himalayan salt and lime juice for me. I've done some of the variations like pineapple or goat cheese though.

On the salsa front, I just make pico. Otherwise, Whole Foods 365's roasted verde is so good and only $1.99 for a 16 oz. jar.

Also, but pizza could also indicate that dairy is the problem

Not denying that gluten explains everything but also, mozzarella is a very milky, high lactose cheese that is normally the main cheese on pizza

Especially because you don’t really eat dairy if you can help it, you avoid milk etc.. what if your stomach is super sensitive to lactose because of that now? Whenever you eat a meal that involves more than a little bit of butter or cheese?

 

Congrats! @CarpetElf is right. If you stayed in America, there would be a chance that Stephen Ross shows up and ruins your chance for a ring.

Either way that sucks hah. Idk how to cook anything gluten free! Like does that mean I can’t even put flour on chicken so that the sauce sticks to the crust? That’s key for making a Marsala dish for example.

I’m used to just, working in a restaurant where all I have to do is ring in things under the “GF” tab and then type “GLUTEN FREE” and the kitchen handles it lol

I'm educating myself on it still haha. You don't have to avoid it yourself. just know not to give it to me haha

 

That’s scary tho because everything I cook myself has gluten hahaha

 

Also it’d be dumb for us both to cook if we’re both home. I’ll figure out GF meals you just gotta help me research substitutes haha.
