Hey! I know a team that could use another 3 technique to pair with Ed Oliver because the coach has a weird obsession with almost evenly splitting reps between his first and second units

I don't think NE or DAL are realistic and I'm surprised he didn't mention IND. I really think this comes down to the Browns and Colts, with Chiefs and Texans in it.

 

I think the Colts need a 3tech but I don’t think the Colts think they need a 3tech

 

McCoy on the Chargers would be fun.

 

I read that supposedly we're not actually interested and am totally fine with that. Save the money for Cooper and Dak.

 

Chargers having McCoy Tillery Ingram and bosa is kinda fun

I'll be honest, I think you guys only keep one of Dak or Cooper imo. I think Cooper is going to want more than what Dallas is willing to give.

 

I'm standing by my prediction that Dak and Cooper get kept and Zeke gets let go

 

Easton stick is probably gonna get waived or traded, I doubt the chargers keep 3 qbs

 

That would be a tough pill to swallow for the team and Dak.

 

I think it's either going to be keep all three of them and get rid of Byron Jones and 1 or 2 other good depth players or we keep Cooper and Dak and trade Zeke.

Zeke doesn't have to be re-signed until next year or the year after if he's tagged if we want to keep him, but him being an asshole and the amount of wear and tear he has... ugh, I'd rather just get good capital out of him at this point. He's crucial to our offense but it's a QB league and Dak is more important even though he's not as talented, as well as Cooper completely revitalizing our offense almost by himself.

 

I don't know, I find Zeke to be more important than Cooper.

 

I'm basically more okay with having a hopefully good/great RB behind a (when healthy) dominant run-blocking line with a good QB and great receiver than depending on Zeke staying healthy after being run into the ground. As well as him being the worst dude ever.

 

Zeke is more important/talented than Cooper in a vacuum, but the way our team is built and played last year, having Cooper changed everything. We went from something like 30th in the league in 3rd down conversions with Zeke as healthy as ever to 1st in the league once Cooper got here.

 

I feel like this will be the main factor, he's being used SO much that I can't see him having as much value as a player by the time his rookie deal is up.

But honestly with the Jones family it's hard to tell, for better or worse they do right by their stars for the most part and I could see them keeping Zeke way too long too

 

He's had around 1,100 touches of the ball over 3 years, so about 365 per year, and that's not including his crazy blitz pickups and everything else. I wouldn't be shocked if we just use him up and dump him.

 

And that's with a 6 game suspension in the middle of his career too haha
