Kinda surprised this isn’t hitting Brooklyn & Manhattan like a lot of the bigger tours do. Maybe I’m wrong but I’d imagine The Black Keys & Modest Mouse could draw enough to warrant that

Really wish more people were into this dude. He's playing some much bigger venues this Fall. Definitely going to The Grog Shop for this.

Nah. One show is good enough. Reminds me of the Weezer/Pixies tour. You'd THINK they'd sell out MSG easily, but that wasn't the case.

I just heard one of his songs on SiriusXM earlier and enjoyed it a ton. Will check him out for sure.

Tonight in Chicago due to the storms forcing these bands to not be able to play Chicago Open Air earlier today. (Minus Harm’s Way who was added just for this show.)

Lol I have no inside info or anything. Just someone on Reddit said they talked with Loz after their set opening for Architects and he told him October.

So I'm going to see Halsey do a free song release show on Monday, and wow, Ticketmaster/LiveNation are really botching this.

So all the tickets are free, but the only delivery option is Will Call. I get it, it offsets scalpers, but it's rough you can't double check your ticketing info. Also the only section is GA, but fine, I get it.

BUT NOW they're making all guests go to the venue's corporate offices the day before the show to pick up non-transferrable wristbands and are being told "Having a ticket doesn't guarantee entry" which is so bizarre.

Has anyone here been to such a weirdly executed show like this before?

Apparently Knocked Loose played at 2 AM last night and Code Orange played at 3:30.

Yeah. I stayed for Knocked Loose but left before Code Orange. I would have stayed for them but I had no interest in getting home at 4:30 in the morning. I get why they held the show so late (there was another show happening at the Metro beforehand and they wanted people from Open Air to make it), but an hour earlier would have been nice, like they said it was supposed to start online and on flyers.

I'm so glad I live in a city where the vast majority of venues have a 11pm curfew lol

Most shows in Chicago are over by midnight at the latest, this was just an exception due to the circumstances.

Yeah, Harms Way is sick, but logistically if I went I feel like I'd rather just have the other three and have it get out sooner.

Agreed. I’m not totally sure why Harm’s Way were added other than that they were all home and free and fit the bill but I would have been okay with them not playing so I could have seen Code Orange, but they sounded great on stage!

If this exact bill was a tour I’m sure it would do really well. They should definitely make it a tour.

I don’t know why but to me that’s just so fucking cool that they played At 3:30 AM. I’d be so damn tired but would be there if I was in Chicago.
