RE: women's rights I think if men talked to just one other man in their life about stuff like this they could make a difference. I am not a poc or sexual abuse survivor but I will always do my best to lift their voices up, and I think part of that means owning a certain set of values that everyone knows I have and making it quite clear how I feel about them, every single day. But as my voice isn't the important one in that case, I make sure I am pointing to the people with experience and knowledge in these areas and giving the people in my life the resources to find those voices. I don't expect everyone to be as constantly vocal as me but at the very least I expect everyone to talk openly about stuff like this to people in their lives. Even and especially when it's uncomfortable. Being an ally is really easy to pretend to be on the internet, but so many people just drift along in their every day lives without saying a thing or going out and doing the most important thing - VOTING.

Activism takes many forms and I am not saying it *has* to face to face irl but you also have family too, and then if that's not a safe/viable option you would have to think about what you're going to do. At least vote right! But I mean you have all the right ideas about everything so I have no doubts about your beliefs lol.
