Not sure if this is useful here, but I've been digging a YouTube channel called Nexpo that does interesting analysis of the a lot of the transmedia stuff around reddit, twitter, youtube etc.

Something about the presentation of the things the guy does in his channel is so eerie to me.

  5. Ah, just to clarify, I wasn't saying they shouldn't make more Saw movies, I was joking that if we say it can't be worse than the last few movies (which, for the record, I haven't seen) they'll take that as a challenge to make it worse. Like, "Eh, it can't be too bad." "Oh yeah? Wanna bet?" I'm sure it'll be a fresh and interesting take. We need more poc voices in horror/in general.

Just finished my first watch of this franchise along with In Voorhees We Trust ...

Lots of fun. All the ones not on Prime are on Netflix except Jason Goes to Hell was the only one I had to rent.

Thinking of moving on to Freddy next.

    what a waste of wood

A list of things I've never seen that I'm gonna try to knock out this rainy weekend

    Martyrs
    One Hour Photo
    Oculus
    Siren (2016)
    Exorcism of Emily Rose
    The Orphanage

Any thoughts on any of these?

I would love more horror from a non-white point of view. Even if it's a Saw reboot

    I liked the first season.
Found the second filled with insufferable characters.

The seasons are unconnected kinda like AHS, so I'm looking forward to the new season.

Outside an apartment complex, a young man is murdered but none of the witnesses stepped in to help. Soon witnesses to the murder are hunted down one by one, seemingly being punished for not helping the young man that died on their doorstep.
Sounds good. Not sure I'm going to like the one episode a week though. Slasher is the sort of show I like to watch it one go

This isn't a horror movie but it certainly was horrible. I watched Geostorm last night.
