I've only seen the first one and the batman one and thought they were good. Haven't seen the 2nd Lego movie yet.

 

Pretty much but without the parts from ROTH that drew me in

My 2 cents: Panorama is still better than Wildlife and tries way less hard

But ROTH is still #1

I’ve only seen the first one and if you don’t like it, that’s fine. But it’s a much better movie than Pokémon on nearly every level. Not like they are really comparable but man, Pokémon barely has a functional story, looks like a CW show, has almost no sense of style or vision, and is terribly acted. The only thing that works is that it’s a cool world and the Pokémon are nice to look at.

 

Wildlife feels daunting to even think about listening to. That album is emotionally exhausting but it's so good but I can't listen to it v often

 

Doesn't Ryan Reynolds voicing Pikachu freak y'all out?

To me thats the same as the first Sonic design with those beady little eyes. Pikachu has been a squeaky asian woman voice my whole life I can't deal with Detective Pikachu's voice overdubs.

 

Oh yeah it's definitely much better than the Pokemon movie in terms of cinematic blah blah blah

It's just not good IMO and it's tough for me to see how it's touted as such a great series

 

they also made a Ninjago movie but no one remembers

Just the one, but they are like 40 dollars a pair so that’s why only one lol

 

I feel like that was on hbo literally three months after it got released in theatres

 

It’s honestly one of the few things in the movie that works

 

I honestly don't find it that emotionally exhausting anymore, it comes across to me like Dreyer is just reaching a lot of the time on Wildlife now that I listen back and on an album like ROTH it comes across so much more naturally and authentic

 

Make a version of Pokemon that lets you use real-time attacks so that combat timing and skill are also factors

Been waiting my entire life for this haha. You could still very much have that Pokemon's stats determine their strength, which would actually make it fun to give your Pokemon Carbos or X-Speed haha
