If I'm not getting fancy with the toppings my go to hotdog prep is 1 ketchup (hey Chicago, eat sand you windy fucks) and mustard and 1 mayo and BBQ.

Also, mustard is bomb on chili dogs.

 

Chilli + mustard + chopped raw onions is the best way to eat a hot dog in my opinion. But I love Chicago dogs as well. Sauerkraut and mustard is another good combo. Also I'll never turn up my nose at someone putting ketchup on a hot dog, ketchup + mustard is a solid way to eat them.
