I like Riddick fine. Probably because he starts every broadcast with "Bless us oh Bill for the Jets have sinned."

 

I would think Douglas would take the main role (whether that's GM or whatever) and Jeremiah would work under him

Jeremiah has no FO experience and Douglas would otherwise be making a lateral move

I'll be sad to see Joe Douglas go, but he certainly deserves the job if he gets it.
