Working from home today. It's luxurious.

 

I ate Mac & cheese with broccoli last night and my stomach is bloated / killing me this morning

I did some research and it didn’t help. It literally could be the gluten from the pasta, the dairy from the cheese, OR the broccoli because it’s a cruciferous vegetable.

I’m gonna need to narrow down my diet and figure out what causes this. Gas pains have become frequent for me :(

 

I might have to go back to that place from last week and get that shrimp 'dilla. it was so good.

I'm making a change. I spend too much time here. Not that it's a waste, as I think very fondly of all of you, but I need to become more productive, especially with my massively increasing responsibilities at work and in my local community... and spending time here simply isn't a luxury I can afford anymore. When I get to sh*tposting, I lose track of my other responsibilities, and as much as I wish I could, I need to back away. The break I took for a week recently really demonstrated that to me. I’ve started literally letting my phone die for this reason lol. Because I am super compulsive about this online community / talking to friends on FB messenger. I get a lot more done by forcing myself to leave my phone dead or in my room from time to time.

 

Try shooting it with a nail gun or maybe thwacking it with a hammer for extended productivity.
