Why are we spoilering anything? We are beyond the books. A lot of this is still purely speculation. If anything, you guys are talking about stuff that happened a long time ago.

I don't think Jon wants to be king of the realm, honestly. As for Bran, I'd imagine that, once he told them about the white walkers and that sort of thing, which is verifiable, they'd have to believe him. Also, given what they've dealt with, time traveling powers aren't so spectacular.

Sam's part is not speculation. Neither are some of Euron's abilities and movements.

But tagging Jon's parentage is silly, I agree.

Imagine you're restrained in a dark room alone with a 7 foot tall figure who slowly mutilates your body over days, maybe weeks and the only face you will see for the excruciatingly painful remainder of your life is...

The children stabbed and murdered Maester Pycelle. Is that what you are asking?

Euron is such a major bummer. Dude should have been hyped two seasons ago. I don't think anything happens with him. Probably sailing to catch up with Gendry at this point.

It has to be Howland Reed who breaks the news that Jon is R+L. I mean Bran could do it but it makes more logical and has a better basis if its Howland.

I don't ever remember someone bringing up the possibility of Sansa and Jon getting together. Yuck. No way that's going to happen.

Yeah he's probably content with being the King in the North.

  11. I don't think he even wanted that but I also think he realizes that its best considering he knows whats coming and all...

There are so many wacky theories out there. Just read one about Howland Reed secretly becoming The High Sparrow. Oh lawd.

I'm curious if we're going to get any answers or closure with Jorah. He's very much unnecessary to the overarching plot, but his continued presence has earned that, even if it's just seeing him die. Though the final scene between him and Dany was very touching.

That loneliness is not a function of solitude.

Sorry I didn't word the questions great, I meant who are the children that did the murdering.

I was thinking the same thing. For all its virtues, the show has never had a score that has been noticeable to me, let alone impacting. But the score during last night's episode was terrific.

Also, how was Arya able to disguise herself without access to the face library in Braavos?

  16. One of the first things she learned to do at HoB&W was the ritual for removing faces, so I assume she can make her own masks now at will?

We also don't know what she took from the library of faces and if Jaqen is working with her. That scene left a lot to ambiguity.

Well, didn't we last see Arya in the library with Jaqen as they were confirming each other to be on good terms again? His reaction to her telling him her identity seemed to suggest he knew what she was there for and if nothing else he could've given her the face or quickly taught her how to use them before she left.

Those children...how could they be Varys' little birds when they seem to answer to that other guy? Also what was the point in luring maester pycelle to a secluded area to be killed? Wasn't he about to show up to the trial and get blown up anyway?

I read somewhere that maybe he'll end up at the citadel? If anyone has a cure, it'd be them.

They were Varys' "little birds". They find out all the secrets and report back (to Qyburn now) and in turn, he takes care of them.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm really looking forward to Baelish and Varys's reunion.

First of all, probably the best season finale this show has ever done.

Also, keep in mind that in one of the books, not sure which, and I can't find the screenshot, that GRRM says explicitly that the timelines are not always congruent, or aligned, or whatever else you want to call it. Maybe someone can help me out with this, the picture of the book page was on Reddit last week.

-I guess Margaery didn't really have a plan against the High Sparrow? Seemed pretty straight forward that she just joined the cult and was going to be a part of it, no other motive.

-When Cersei was dressed the way she was, did she somehow know she was taking over the throne? The only reason I ask is because she looked more "regal" and wasn't wearing the Lannister gold, but silver.

-So Arya killer Walder, but does she know that her uncle is being held there somewhere? Would be nice for her to get back with some sort of family.

-People are asking how Varys got back with Dany, well there were Tyrell/Martell ships in that fleet...so he sailed back to Mereen.

-Euron is going to for sure land in Mereen and fuck things up, right? What, if any, army was left behind with Daario? I thought maybe Euron was going to meet with Dany on the water, but I guess not.

So Sir Pounce has to be pretty close to heir to the Iron Throne by now.

I mean, aren't they still in the middle of the ocean at most? Didn't notice any land ho ahead in that final scene. And since at least a month might've passed by in the finale alone maybe the thousand ships have been built (with all of that lumber on the iron isles I suppose lol)

I think Margaery was just playing the game. There was no overarching plot, aside from just telling the High Sparrow what he wanted to hear. If there were a plot, it didn't matter because Cersei acted first.
