Their lead guitar player always looked like he hated being in the band, and wished he was in a Turnover-like band.

 

Balance was always one of my favorites and I still listen to them from time to time but I was definitely disappointed both times I saw them in 2014 and 2016. They just didn't sound all that good live from my experiences. Especially the 2016 show in Philly. The energy was so low. This was when touring on their latest record and they brought Foxing on as an opener. Foxing absolutely crushed it and Balance just couldnt follow up their performance. This could be attributed to fatigue on tour of course which I totally understand, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

That being said I still really like all of their recorded stuff.

 

I just posted 4 tickets for the philly show on live nation for $58 a piece, seems a lot lower than anything else I saw out there. Hope someone can use them!

so thankful I was able to attend the end. I really hope they come back eventually. I enjoy them so much more than just about any other band they came up with, it’s just so sad to lose them.

Really glad I went to this tour after watching that video. We can only support them in making the right choice for themselves but it's always so sad to see such a great and talented band stop doing music together.

In my head I remembered them being meh.

So what’s the deal with bailey? I guess him and Jon had a falling out? How does he not at least show up to the final show for the fans

He also tweeted this. Looks like we should be expecting some new music in the near future (I'm assuming similar to the Coward record/Misery Club stuff)

 

He had clips on his Instagram story a little while ago and I thought it sounded real good, very melancholy autotune stuff
