that's a good example, yes.

 

I won't argue that an open yard isn't a waste of space. But the reality is farming on my small half acre would hurt my resale value when I move in a few years because I bought too big of a house.

 

Well, you might make that up when you let randall and carpetelf move into your boat house and do a podcast while playing with sock em boppers.

 

Living in a house boat on a river in Europe would be awesome

 

sell it to someone not dumb then. someone who likes corn.
