Oh yeah, we aren't remotely as bad. But pulling up past interviews and acting like they should've been saying Dany will go mad for eight years is the kind of unreasonable that belongs over there.

 

I am actually a big fan of David Benioff and think City of Thieves is an extremely well-written book...
...but he says some DUMB shit in those little post-show takes.

Grey's Anatomy

 

I did like how the episode drove home the idea of how hard it is to control an army that is sacking a city as it's leader. Like you have to get your people to get all riled up for a certain type of murder and violence but then try to have the control to prevent other types of violence.

Those after episode things are more to show what they want you to think after that episode, not to tip their hands on the whole series

Someone recently reminded me that Grey’s Anatomy premiered the same season as LOST and Desperate Housewives. How is that show still going??

Grey’s outliving its own spinoff that by itself had a longer run than most shows is wild to me.

 

it is a funny show sometimes! but seriously I dunno why it's a show people shit on - it's a very good doctor-based drama that has remained true to its characters.

 

OITNB is the last show that I can think of where I went from obsessed to can’t stand in a super short period of time. Normally if a show loses me I just drop off instead of sticking around to hate watch. I’ve done that with a ton over the years.

 

y’all are talking about inconsistent character arcs and writing for GOT but bringing up greys anatomy positively? my god

 

Yeah I dropped off hard on that. Went from binging to literally haven't thought about it until just now.
