Was there a single shot of Dany herself after the bells rang or was she only shown from
afar?

 

It makes sense why Dany kept killing after the bells - why would she trust Cersei

 

So when the new digidestined took over the show from the originals (Davis and that crew), eventually we find out that the true power behind all the bad shit that happened to the new digidestined, AND I think the power behind Piedmon and that whole storyline that the original Digimon series’s arc ended with, was actually MaloMyotismon the whole time. Then he reveals himself and all the digi destined, the originals and the new crew, have to combine to take him down.

I think. It’s been a looooong time since I’ve watched it lol

 

I plan on finishing the books at some point. I don’t think he does. I feel like it’s a lose-lose situation. If he does it the same as the show, people will complain that he was just lazy and did what they did or they didn’t like the show in the first place. If he does it different, they’ll say he did it different because he had beef with the show.

Jon yells, "ITS MORPHIN TIME" and Ghost jumps out of nowhere. They fuse together to form a giant wolf man. Dany and Drogon combine to make a dragon woman.

 

I meant more on the character/theme/what's being said/dramatized side, especially with the dozen other characters he's trying to weave into the central narrative.

Otherwise agreed. If characters end up in the same spots in the books, we'll likely understand why a little bit better

I feel so bad for the people going back like five seasons this week for quotes about bells not meaning surrender or being nonsensical and clinging to fake leaks only for Tyrion to have like three different lines about them in the first ten minutes. I forgot all about the end of the Piedmon arc. For me, the third series was my fave. I'm a sucker for Terriormon and Kyubimon.

Oh, well in that case I would say it makes sense because this is the culmination of all of that stuff that's been happening for years and killed most hope of those flaws not heavily dogging the conclusion of the series. So I think it's proportional
