I think in terms of independent movies, there’s been a real boom since the technology is vastly cheaper. Especially with horror, we live in a new grindhouse era thanks to streaming.

 

I was gonna say tennis and soccer for sure haha! I’m not so good at golf. I can hit the ball but have very little control

well, it’s definitely both and I’m not exactly happy with the future of interesting film being in the hands of someone like Jordan Peele tbh. I think everything is cyclical tho and hopefully this will run its course but I’m not very optimistic about the future of being able to go see an indie movie in theaters. I think the future will be kind to independent filmmakers but they’ll most likely be relegated to streaming services, which is fine because movies like that are often ruined by morons who talk or laugh throughout the entire movie
