This is just up the street from me.

And my car hasn’t been broken into in like 3 years. So my neighborhood on our way up. And we have great street tacos.

 

1 bathroom is a deal breaker.

 

All these places are getting bigger and bigger and here I am looking at my dream apartment which is an about 650 square feet big studio, haha

 

I love simply, tiny places. Way less to worry about and take care of.

 

Yeah, no interest in a big place haha

 

I just want "enough" space

Not giant, not tiny, enough

I used to think that would be weird but my friend had a studio apartment kind of like that one and it's really not a big deal that the bed is right there. Like, at most you just gotta be sure to straighten your covers or sheets out if someone comes over.

 

I need to be able to shut people out haha

 

God, utilities must be so much. And imagine how long it takes to clean. I'm getting anxiety thinking about it, hahaha

 

Lol, me too. That's why I almost never invite my friends over to my place.

 

I can't parallel park for shit really but I can fake it pretty good ever since I got a backup camera

 

I put a second zone HVAC system in for the upstairs to separate it from the downstairs. In theory that should save me money but I spent 350-400 a month in the winter. The summer is better at around 150 a month.

 

150 is high for me, damn.

Thats why i never have friends

 

Owning a house kinda sucks we've had to get a bit of work done recently we had to get 2 new toilets and also a new water softener and then on Saturday we're finally put in baseboards for the living room we haven't had any for like 3 years lmao

 

Both rental applications are IN

Damn I hope we get approved. We absolutely should but, knock on wood.

If it goes through we have the money to put down security deposit right now, and we officially have a place in the heart of East Atlanta.
