Fenway is such a great place to go for a game, especially just walking around before the game. And September/October is the best time to be in New England!

Ketchup sandwiches have become a way of life. It can be hard to imagine anything more American, but there's an American tradition and a little bit of the good old America. Some people love the taste of fried chicken, and there might be something to it but I'm not sure. Ketchup sandwiches still have the taste of a fried potato, without all the grease. The Ketchup is a real American icon. I always have a few left over and they are delicious, so these will be my go to Ketchup.
Here's someone that makes them at home. I bought three in a box and got four in the freezer at the store. The original recipe was one I came up with for the Ketchup sandwich, the others could have been used on other foods. I added about ½ a cup of peanut butter to each sandwich but I used my favorite ketchup flavor (Kitty's Hot Sauce) that is one of the most popular in America.

Making an omelette is simple!

1. Preheat oven to 400F and grease a 13" pie pan.

2. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, eggs, butter, salt and pepper. Add yogurt mixture to pie pan.


3. Bake pie crust for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.


4. Add reserved juice and cheese mixture and bake until cheese is melted and crust starts turning golden brown.

5. Place pie on baking sheet and bake until lightly brown, 2-3 minutes.
