I feel like part of the issue here whenever the ratings hit a new low is that so much is made about said ratings online and on dirt sheets that people inevitably tune just to see how WWE is going to respond to the low ratings. And when we do, 9 out of 10 times, we're hit with something like Baron Corbin and Lashley teaming up against the two people the fans would actually want to see tell their own story. And after getting burned and burned, inevitably fewer of us make it a priority to tune in the next time ratings hit a new low to see how WWE responds.

Right on the money. They were building Raw through social this week and it was super obvious they were going to do something drastic because of the ratings, which is the only reason why I watched. I'm really interested to know if the audience theyre losing faster is the casual or hardcores.

 

I think they've lost the casual fans and are in the process of turning hardcore fans into casual fans.

 

Imagine running out all that and only getting 100k extra viewers to start, and losing more viewers Hour 1 to Hour 3 than last week even while doing WM rematches all that hour.

 

Idk if that's good for Sami or not, probably gonna get squashed anyway
