Jimmy Eat World is fine

I think most Jimmy Eat World is “fine.” They do have several very good songs though

Damn guys I’m fuckin tired

Been riding a bike up and down hills all day today and yesterday. Pretty close to 20 Miles of riding the past two days

 

I bought a Jimmy Eat World hoodie at Hot Topic when I was 15 because the hot senior in my art class was a fan.

 

I think I could only name 2 or 3 of their songs, tbh

 

JEW is always solid, but they havent captivated me in years.

 

JEW has some really great songs and then a whole lot of "I could do without this" songs as well

 

I don't know, everytime I've tried to listen to JEW they don't pull me in or captivate me.

 

I use to do the same shit in school to try to impress a pretty lady. Unfortunately they could pick up on my bullshit.

 

99.9% of the time it's idiotic and clearly doesn't work. But that other 0.1%, it's still idiotic but it does work out! We actually hung out for a few months there after that art class we shared, haha

I still go in Hot Topic once in a while for the hell of it and these kids idolize Danzig and I'm like why ? He's a prick. And I grew up loving the Misfits.

 

I honestly think the vast majority of younger people wearing the Misfits logo don't know a damned thing about the band and/or Danzig himself. It's just a cool ass looking logo.

 

It's true, and like the crazy thing is I'm not even a Danzig guy ha.

 

I named my Charmander Danzig when i was 11. Didnt even know who danzig was

Atl has a ton of cycling paths that connect all the major parks. It’s definitely a huge perk of living in the city here.

Plus the weather has been an exactly perfect breezy 75-78 degrees this whole week. I’m spending no money on Uber and very little on transit. Might be tiring but it’s really fun, and most of this side of the city is gorgeous.
