Visiting my girlfriend’s family in Colorado Springs fucking ruled. It was fun having to drive an hour round trip to do fucking anything

 

My grandma did this thing with me and my family growing up where she took each grandchild in pairs to see Broadway plays, getting progressively more serious every year as we got older. Like my older cousin and I, then my sister and a cousin near her age, etc. We started with The Nutcracker and in the last year saw The Phantom of th Opera (which I've seen 4x). I thought it was awesome. Moulin Rouge would be amazing to see!

Surprised to see you say you wish Denver had better food. I've had some incredible meals out there. Boulder is definitely the superior location though.
