Cersei and Dany have done so many of the same things beat for beat and the only difference is that the story tells you Cersei is a villain and Dany is a hero. I would love for the last few episodes to go into that dynamic.

 

I'm more interested in Sansa now than I ever have been

 

I’m not really sure where to put this, only doing so here because of spoiler talk earlier. Not trying to specifically call out anyone in here. As someone who doesn’t mind spoilers, one of my least favorite “internet trends” or whatever you want to call it is people who read spoilers and post it in the threads trying to pass it off as educated guesses or pretending it’s their own theory (when it’s almost verbatim of leaks). I get sometimes when it’s a logical explanation or next step, sure, not hard to guess. But when it’s ultra specific to current leaks I just feel like it’s kind of a dick move. Leaks don’t take away from my enjoyment, but i’m not out here to ruin it for other people.

 

Is that like a GOT thing or just for spoilers in general? I don’t know that I’ve ever seen it happen but that’s pretty hilariously sad.

 

I don’t remember reading anything about Tyrion other than I think he said he’s his favorite character to write...with Arya he said his wife threatened she’d leave him if he kills Arya lol

 

I see it mainly in Star Wars and Marvel, but I have seen it a few times with GOT.

I actually called someone out for this in the The Rise of Skywalker thread just after the trailer released. Now I wish I would have taken your approach of not calling out specific people.

 

It does suck when you have a prediction in your head for how something is going to go and then it does and you're disappointed. I was like that with Shutter Island. I thought there was no way it would be that lame of an ending and sure enough, it was.

 

I think of theories and predictions as a little different from just straight up seeing something coming from a mile away.

 

Yeah sure, I could totally phrase it that was as well.

 

I agree with the sentiment but with shows like this, I’ve read 10,000 theories and predictions so I’m never going to remember if someone was correct or think twice about it. Haha.

 

I’ve gotten a few guesses right, and a few guesses wrong. As we’ve gone on these last couple seasons there’s been less to theorize on outside of the NK because the sides are drawn and there is assumably less political scheming and such. It’s basically become a guessing game of who is gonna rule where at the end aka who’s dying. I think Cersei is a guaranteed death and I think of the major players, Dany is in the most danger. And since I think Dany is dying, I think Tyrion is the next highest chance because I don’t think they’re killing both Jon and Dany. I have no idea how/why he would die at this point though. The only thing that makes me nervous about him is Bran giving him the hard stare in episode 1 like he knows something. But now that he and Sansa shared that moment last week, I’m starting to wonder if those two do actually end up together and that’s why Bran was staring at them together.

Honestly don’t know what to think of the remaining side characters, I think some must have to die in Episode 5, but at the same time I also feel like they could all be safe.

If everyone in the thread tossed out their predictions and then one person got singled out for stating spoilers (aka being correct)....I would kind of be mad lol

 

If I ever end up being someone who guessed spoilers correct, 100000% would be unintentionally being correct. I'd never spoil stuff on purpose :)

 

If we get to the point where someone having a fan theory that turns out to be correct gets labeled a spoiler after the fact and makes people mad at them, I think all fan discussion may need to be shut down.
