My beer league plays at Colorado College's practice rink. Which apparently is where Mac once practiced. So basically I'm currently in the playoffs if you don't think about it much.

A declining Pens team, an Isles coach who has probably spent 80% of the past 4-5 years of his life trying to figure out Pitt in the playoffs, and an actually solid team - the first round should never have been in question. Past that, nah. They'd be exposed with a quickness. And I like NYI.

 

Also, how the hell did they not name Mac one of the 3 stars of the game? He not only held his own with 28/30 saves, but made a save with his goddamned cowling then follows with a glove sprawl. Making records as the oldest goalie to start a playoff and also making acrobatic highlights.

 

Crazy that the Canes might just win the whole damn thing
